摘要
目的:探讨进一步提高肝胆管结石手术治疗护理质量的的方法。方法:回顾性分析2011年1月～2012年12月本院外科手术治疗原发性肝胆管结石100例护理情况。结果:100例术后半年随访,治疗效果优良者占93%。结论:术前密切观察有无急性胆道感染的临床表现,完善各项术前准备,做好心理护理,术后做好管道护理、并发症的观察与预防以及出院指导,是原发性肝胆管结石手术治疗患者的护理要点。
Objective:To further improve the quality of care for the surgical treatment of bile duct stones.Methods:Retrospective analysis from January 2011 to December 2012,hospital surgical treatment of 100 cases of primary bile duct stones care.Results:100 cases were followed up after six months,the therapeutic effect of the fine by 93%.Conclusions:Preoperative close observation of clinical manifestations of the presence or absence of acute biliary infection,improve the the various preoperative preparation,good psychological care,postoperative to the piped care(including biliary duct and abdominal drainage tube),complications(including bile leakage subphrenic abscess,acute pancreatitis) observation and prevention as well as discharge guidance is the care of the surgical treatment of primary bile duct stones points.
