摘要
基于数据驱动无模型自适应控制理论,提出带有扰动补偿控制的无模型自适应控制算法。把该算法应用到锅炉汽包水位控制系统中,采用DOMFAC-PID串级控制方案,其内回路用PID控制快速消除给水过程中的内在扰动,外回路用带有扰动控制DOMFAC,可有效克服汽包水位系统中的蒸汽流量的外在扰动,同时实现无静差控制。仿真结果表明该方案具有有效性和实用性。
Based on the data-driven model-free adaptive control theory,a model-free adaptive control algorithm with disturbance compensation control was presented.The control algorithm was adopted in the boiler drum water level control system with a DOMFAC-PID cascade control,inner loop PID control and outer loop MFAC disturbance control.The results show that the inner loop PID control can rapidly inherent the inside disturbances in the water feed process,while the MFAC disturbance control in outer loop can effectively overcome the external steam flow disturbances in the steam drum water level system and achieve a static error control.The simulation results show the validity and relevance in this scheme.
