摘要
本文利用2009年残疾人监测数据,对我国残疾人的康复需求及康复服务利用情况进行了分析。结果显示,我国残疾人的康复需求仍然很高,而康复服务的利用比例较低。我国残疾人的康复需求与康复服务之间有较大差距。康复服务的价格、残疾人经济状况以及康复服务的知晓情况是影响残疾人康复服务利用的主要因素,应针对上述几项原因采取有效的措施,提高残疾人对康复服务的利用。不同年龄、不同类型的残疾人对康复服务的需求不同,未能有效利用康复服务的原因也不尽相同,应针对各类残疾人的需求特点采取相应的措施,构建科学有效的残疾康复体系和服务评价体系。
Based on the 2009 surveillance data on disabled people,this study aimed to analyze the rehabilitation demands and utilization of rehabilitation services among Chinese disabled people.The results indicated that the rehabilitation demands were still high and the utilization of rehabilitation services was relatively low.Price of the rehabilitation services,economic status of the disabled people,and knowledge of rehabilitation services were the main factors influencing the utilization of rehabilitation services among Chinese disabled people.More specified strategies should be taken to establish an efficient rehabilitation system and an evaluation system.
