摘要
地震灾害医学救援是当前非战争军事行动中卫勤保障的主要内容之一,本文立足于提升和完善武警部队参与地震灾害医学救援组织指挥能力的现实需求,综合运用文献综述、逻辑分析、专家咨询等方法,对提升武警部队参与地震灾害医学救援的能力进行研究,探索提出部队参与地震灾害医学救援能力的对策和建议。
Medical relief after earthquake is one of the main elements of medical support to the current non-war military operations. This article is based on the real needs of upgrading and improving the army’s organization and command capabilities involved in earthquake medical relief. Using literature review,logical analysis,experts counseling,and other methods comprehensively,this article researches the issues of military rescue ability involved after earthquake medical relief. The article proposes the countermeasures and suggestions to raise military relief ability involved in earthquake rescue,and provides reference and grounds to promote our theoretical research into military medical relief ability after earthquake.
