摘要
文章通过对美国、英国和澳大利亚三大著名大学联盟的案例分析,发现大学联盟可持续发展的关键要素是完善的管理与运行机制,其核心是由决策、管理和质量保障三大体系组成的组织构架与运行模式,并结合国外经验对发展中国大学联盟的启示及对策建议。
The development process of foreign university union is earlier than our country which has accumulated rich experience.According to the analysis of the three foreign university unions,The Association of American Universities,British Russell Group,and Group of Eight in Australia,we summed up three core links characteristics in their decision-making,management and quality assurance about the first-class university union mechanism,and provided five enlightenments to offering some selective references for the construction of university union in our country.
