摘要
[目的]以新疆阿勒泰市为研究区域,构建基于循环农业视角下的农用地集约利用评价指标体系.[方法]利用SPSS软件,采取因子分析法实现了指标的降维、筛选,从而对阿勒泰市农用地综合利用效益做出得分评价.[结果]阿勒泰市农用地利用处于传统式粗放利用、掠夺式的发展模式,评价结果发现阿勒泰市的农用地集约利用水平总体不高,但从2005～2011年农用地集约利用水平变化来看,总体呈现稳步提高的态势,农用地集约利用潜力较大.[结论]改变重用轻养的传统经营模式,实施农用地集约化、生态化的利用可以有效提高农用地集约利用程度,确保当地经济社会的可持续发展.
【Objective】As an important agricultural production data,agricultural land is the land used for agricultural production directly. The changes of its structure not only directly affect the output of agricultural products quantity,but it also has externalities on local ecological environment. As the modern agriculture is becoming more mature,the research into the land structure optimizations has become more and more important. This article takes the City of Altay in Xinjiang as a study area,constructed the evaluation index system of agricultural land use based on the perspective of recycle agriculture.【Method】Using SPSS software and molecular analysis,dimension reduction and screening of index were achieved,the score assessment of use status of the agricultural land in the City of Altay in Xinjiang was made. 【Result】The using of agricultural land in the city of Altay is currently in the traditional mode of extensive use and predatory development. The evaluation results found out that the level of the intensive use of agricultural land in Altay was not high on the whole, but the trend of the general steady increasing could be seen from the changes from 2005 to 2011 of intensive utilization. A great potential for intensive utilization of agricultural land in Altay still exists.【Conclusion】It is necessary to change the mode of focusing on land use rather than the proper management of its fertility. Implementation of intensive care of every inch of land and ecological use of the land can effectively improve the degree of intensive use of agricultural land and ensure sustainable development of the local economy and society.
