摘要
目的探讨责任制整体护理对妊高征性心功能不全产妇分娩方式的影响。方法应用责任制整体护理配合导乐分娩对妊高征性心功能不全产妇进行护理,观察分娩方式和母婴情况。结果 8例妊高征性心功能不全产妇中,有4例产妇经阴道分娩,4例行剖宫产,母婴均健康。结论应用责任制整体护理配合导乐分娩,可提高妊高征性心功能不全产妇阴道分娩率,减轻产妇因剖宫产而引起的痛苦。
Objective To explore the influence of primary holistic nursing on the delivery mode of puerperas with pregnancy-induced hypertensive cardiac insufficiency.Methods Primary holistic nursing combined with Doula delivery were applied for puerperas with pregnancy-induced hypertensive cardiac insufficiency,and delivery mode and condition of mother and baby were observed.Results Among the 8 puerperas with pregnancy-induced hypertensive cardiac insufficiency,4 puerperas underwent vaginal delivery,4 puerperas underwent cesarean section,and the mother and baby were healthy.Conclusion Application of primary holistic nursing combined with Doula delivery can improve rate of vaginal delivery in puerperal with pregnancy-induced hypertensive cardiac insufficiency and reduce the suffering caused by cesarean section.
