摘要
卒中后抑郁症常伴发于脑血管疾病的整个过程,其临床表现纷繁复杂,往往起病较隐匿,发病率极高,发病机制尚不明确,除造成情感和身体上的痛苦外,多会对患者的生活质量产生影响,甚至增加病死率。近年中医药在卒中后抑郁的治疗方面逐渐显现出卓越成效,本文针对中医治疗卒中后抑郁症的研究进展做以下综述。
PSD often associated with cerebrovascular disease in the whole process, its clinical manifestations are complicated, often representing occult onset, high incidence, pathogenesis is not clear. In addition to causing emotional and physical suffering, many would affect the quality of life of patients and even increase mortality. In recent years, TCM treatment of PSD has gradually showed excellent results. In this paper, research on TCM treatment of PSD is reviewed.
