摘要
目的:观察疏肝散结汤治疗乳腺增生病的疗效和安全性。方法:45例乳腺增生病患者口服疏肝散结汤,早晚各1次,疗程3个月。结果:观察疗程结束后及停药4周后结果,临床治愈率分别为:17.8%、20.0%;显效率分别为31.1%、33.3%;有效率分别为:37.8%、40.0%;无效率分别为:13.3%、6.7%;总有效率分别为:86.7%、93.3%。结论:疏胸散结汤治疗乳腺增生病具有较好的疗效。
Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of the Shugan Sanjie decoction on treating mammary glands. Methods:45 cases were given oral Shugan Sanjie decoction, morning and evening each, for 3 months. Results:After treatment, clinical cure rate, significant efficiency, the efficiency, inefficiency and the total efficiency were 17.8%, 31.1%, 37.8%, 13.3% and 86.7%; after discontinuation of four weeks, the data respectively was 20.0%, 33.3%, 40.0%, 6.7%and 93.3%. Conclusion:The Shugan Sanjie decoction with good effect on treating mammary glands.
