摘要
目的:探讨推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症的研究进展。方法:从腰椎间盘突出症的治疗现状、推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症机理研究进行分析。结果:推拿按摩还应掌握适应症,且由专科医师实行效果才明显。结论:在腰椎间盘突出症的治疗中,推拿以其方法简便、安全、费用低、疗效高的特点,成为非常重要和有效的治疗方法。
Objective: To investigate the research progress on treating lumbar disc herniation by massage. Methods: From the analysis of treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation and the treatment of lumbar disc herniation mechanism by massage. Results:Massage should also master the indications, and by the specialist to be obvious. Conclusion: In the therapy on protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc, the massage is effective therapeutic methods for its simple, safe, low cost, high effect characteristics.
