摘要
文章基于电网可靠性评估理论,运用一种电网可靠性评估方法对武昌110kV高压配电网现状及规划年的可靠性水平进行了全面分析评估,从电网规划、建设、运行等多个角度,提出了增强配网可靠性的有效措施。
According to the reliability evaluation theory of power network,the reliability level of Wuchang distribution network is analyzed by using a new reliability evaluation method in the paper.From the view point of the power network planning,constructing,operating,the effective measure improved distribution network's reliability is proposed.
