摘要
三维数字化设计制造能力已经成为我国企业竞争的核心,是实现企业研制能力变革的支点和突破口。本文在阐述了三维数字化设计制造技术的内涵的基础上,对基于三维数模的产品定义、基于三维模型的工程分析优化、基于MBD的数字化工艺设计、基于仿真的三维工艺验证与优化、基于MBD的数字化检测技术等三维数字化设计制造中的关键技术进行了论述,并指出三维数字化设计制造技术将推动我国企业产品研制模式发生重大变革。
The capabilities of three-dimensional digital design and manufacturing have become the core in the competition between enterprises, which are also the backbone and breakthrough point to promote the reformation of developing and manufacturing abilities. This paper elaborates the connotations of the three-dimensional digital design and manufacturing technology, and then the key technologies of the three-dimensional digital design and manufacturing are expounded and discussed form the prospective of three-dimensional digital model definition, three-dimensional digital modeling and simulation, digital manufacturing process design based on MBD, three-dimensional manufacturing process simulation & optimization and digital inspection technology based on MBD. At last the significant changes of product development mode promoted by the three-dimensional digital design and manufacturing technology are discussed.
