摘要
高等教育强国建设对我国高等教育的发展有着极其重要的历史意义和现实意义,也是促进我国社会经济发展以及社会主义先进文化建设的重要条件。我国目前的高等教育在经费保障、质量、管理体制、结构以及对经济发展的贡献等方面,和一些高等教育强国相比仍存在一定的差距。随着经济的快速发展,我国已经具备了建设高等教育强国的基础条件,因此,必须不断地加强学科专业、人文社科类高校以及教学研究型和研究型大学的建设,并要适当的加大经费投资、完善教育制度以及创新教育理念,从而促进高等教育强国以及人力资源强国的建设,加快经济强国和创新型国家的历史进程。本文重点分析了高等教育强国的意义、主要特征以及主要途径。
Powerful country of higher education is an extremely important historical significance and practical significance of the development of higher education of our country, also the important condition to promote China's social and economic development and the construction of socialist advanced culture. At present higher education of our country still exists a certain gap compared with some higher education in the structure, quality, management system, funding, and contribute to economic development. With the rapid development of economy, China already has the basic conditions for construction of higher education, therefore, we must continue to strengthen the discipline of humanities and social sciences in colleges and universities, and the teaching research and the construction of the research university, and to increase the funds investment, improve the education system and the innovation of education idea, construction so as to promote the higher education in China and the power of human resources, accelerate the historical process of economic power and innovation oriented country. This paper focuses on the significance, main characteristics and main ways of a power of higher education.
