摘要
240只Wistar大鼠,体重(150~300g)分为四组,A组(正常对照)60只、B组(柠檬酸组)60只每天给AlCl_3与柠檬酸盐混合饲料(按1:11)、C组和D组各60只,每天被摄入含500ppm/kg、2500ppm/kg的Alcl_3混合饲料,分别在3个月、6个月、12个月后处死,然后观察铝对其肝、肾、心肌、脑影响的组织化学及超微结构等变化。组织化学结果显示:上述器官的SDH、Mg^(2+)—ATPase、ChE、G-6-Pase的活性及糖原(PAS反应)C组及D组明显低于A组。而LDH及ACP活性较A组高(P<0.01)。超微结构变化为C组与D组的肝、肾、心肌、脑细胞内线粒体及内质网受损,大鼠神经细胞变性,而且突触囊泡聚积在突触前膜;A组(正常组)没有上述变化。同时铝沉积于脉络丛和神经细胞内。综上所述,铝可造成肝、肾、心肌、脑细胞的功能和结构的损害。
240 Wistar rats (150~300g) were divided into four groups: Group A was normal control, Group B was treated with AlCl3 and citrate (1:11)/per day and Group C and D were received diet containing 500ppm/kg, 2500ppm/kg aluminum (AlCl3)/per day respectively, for three、six, twelve months. The effect of aluminum on histochemistry and ultrastructure changes of liver, heart, kidney, and brain in rats was observed. The results showed that under the effect of aluminum the regularities seemed to be present in the changes of the following histochemical reactions in the liver, heart, kidney and brain cells of the group C and D(txcated by aluminum).The activities of SDH, Mg^(2+)—ATPasc, G-6-Pase, and PAS reaction of group C and group D were apparently lower than those in group A.The activities of LDH, and ACP were higher than those in group A (P<0.01). Ultrastructural changes: indicated that the damages on mitochondria and endoplasmic reticulum of the liver, kidney, heart and brain cells, in group C and D were conspicuous, whereas the group A not. The degenerative changes was found in the nerve cells of rats(group D)that received 2500ppm/kg aluminum under electromicroscope. In addtion, the synaptic vesicles were gathered in the presynaptic membrane, however, those changes were not observed in group A(normal control).and the aluminum complex mainly deposited in the plexus choroidea and nerve cells. As mentioned above it issuggested that the aluminum induces damages on both the function and structure of liver, kidney, heart and brain cells.
