摘要
利用辣椒自交系亲本P_1,P_2,杂种F_1,F_2及回交子代B_1,B_2,统计分析10个性状的遗传统计参数得出:(1)超显性(优势)的性状有单株产量和果长.(2)各性状的广义遗传力和狭义遗传力分别约为;株高93.05%和74.02%,门花节位80.35%和63.18%.果宽80.15%和69.12%.开展度79.33%和63.45%,开花期78.38_和63.18_,果长72.51%和39.07%,单株产量70.78%和9.10%,单果重69.10%和54.15%,前期单株产量58.14%和42.30%单株结果数40.13%和29.10%.(3)各性状的双亲平均值与杂种一代均呈极显著正相关,其回归系数亦均达极显著水平.
Parents of self-pollinated of hot pepper(Capsicum annum L.)P_1, P_2 filial generation F_1, F_2, and back crossed generation B_1, B_2, were used to analyse the genetic statistic parameters of ten characters.It came to the following conclusion:(1) characters of superdominance (superiority) were:Yield per plant, fruit length. (2) General and specific heritability of the characters respectively were. Plant height 93.05% and 74.02%, node of the first flower 80.35% and 63.18%, fruit width 80.15% and 69.12%, plant width 79.33% and 63.45%, blossoming day 78.33% and 63.18% and 63.18%, fruit length 72.51% and 39.07%, yield per plant 70.78% and 9.10%, weight per fruit 69.10% and 54.15%, early yield per plant 58.14% and 42.30%, fruit number per plant 40.13% and 29.10%. (3) The relationship of characters between mean value of parents (MP) and filial generation F_1 was positive significant correlation at 1%, regression coefficient of them was also significant at 1 %.
