摘要
研究了环氧乙烷与四氢呋喃的共聚.使用BF_3络合物为催化剂,1,4-丁二醇为共催化剂.找到了溶液聚合和本体聚合适宜的工艺条件.在此条件下,环齐聚物的生成量为8%左右.找到了方便易行的纯化方法,通过纯化可把聚醚的环齐聚物含量降到1%以下,有效地提高了产品的质量。
The trifluoride catalysing copolymerization of ethylene oxide and tetrahydrofuuran has been studied in the presence of 1,4-butanediol as cocatalyst. It has been found suitable technological conditions of solvent polymerization and bulk polymerization. In both cases, the resulting polymerizate contains about 8% by weight of oligomeric cyclic ethers. It has been found out convenient purifing method of crude product. The content of cyclic oligomeric ethers in polymerizate can be reduced to below 1% by this purified method.
