摘要
目的观察清开灵注射液合通脉降脂饮治疗高脂血症合并脂肪肝的疗效。方法随机分为两组。治疗组72例运用地坛牌清开灵注射液合通脉降脂饮,对照组36例用地奥脂必妥胶囊和联苯双酯滴丸。结果治疗组总有效率91.7%,对照组总有效率72.2%,两组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.01);治疗组治疗前后对比,血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度酯蛋白胆固醇(LDL-CH)、谷-丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷-草转氨酶(AST)指标改善明显,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论清开灵注射液合通脉降脂饮在降低血脂和改善肝功能指标方面疗效明显。
Objective To observe the curative effect of Qingkailing Injection and Tongmaijiangzhi Decoction on hyperlipidemia combined adiposis hepatica (HCAH). Method The patients were divided randomly into two groups. Group 1 (n=72) was given Qingkailing Injection (Tiantan Brand) and Tongmaijiangzhi Decoction for treating HCAH. Group 2 was given Diao Zhibituo Capsules and Bifendate Pills. Result The total effective rate of group 1 was 90.1% and that of group 2, 72.2%. The difference between two groups was significant (p<0.01). Conclusion Qingkailing Injection and Tongmaijiangzhi Decoction have an obvious effect on hypolipidemic and improveing liver function.
