摘要
本文全面系统地阐述了投资项目后评价的理论与方法。先明确了后评价的定义,以及后评价在项目周期中的位置及地位。提出了项目后评价的基本方法一有无对比法,并概括地阐述了一般项目的后评价指标体系及评价的基本内容。最后结合我国国情,对我国的后评价工作提出几点意见。
The theory and method of Post-Evatuation for project investment are described systematically in the paper.The author makes a clear definition of Post-Evaluation and importance in the project cycle and the mothodogy (with-and-without) is introduced.And then,the author makes the indicator and basic contents for a general project.Some ideas on how to implement project's Post-Evaluation in our country are put forward at the end of this paper.
