摘要
本文以虎眼万年青(Ornithogatum caudcutum)的花茎、花药、鳞片、叶片、子房为材料,在MS附加不同激素的琼脂培养基上进行了离体培养试验.结果表明:二年生鳞茎单鳞片直接分化不定芽的能力最强,BA 3.0mg/L+NAAO.5mg/L为最佳激素组合;鳞片在MS附加BA1.0mg/L+2,4-D 1.0mg/L琼脂培养基上愈伤组织诱导率最高;愈伤组织在MS附加BA 1.0mg/L+NAA 0.5mg/L培养基上芽的分化率最高.
Pedicel, anther, scale leaf, leaf and ovary of Ornithogatum caudcutum as explants were cultured on MS medium with different hormones. The results showed that adventitious bud's capability of direct differentiation wilh excised simple scale leaf from bulb of two years growth is strongest and its best medium is MS supple-mented BA 3.0 mg/L + NAA 0. 5 mg/L. Induced callus rate on MS medium supplemented BA 1. 0 mg/L + 2.4-D 1.0 mg/L with scale leaf as explants is highest. Obtained bud' s number from callus on MS medium with BA 1. 0 mg/L + NAA 0.5 mg/L is highest.
