摘要
对烤烟不同叶片发育过程中总氨基酸及游离氨基酸含量的变化进行了研究。结果表明,随着叶龄的增长,烟叶中总氨基酸含量下降,通过相关分析表明,叶龄与总氨基酸含量呈显著的负相关,其相关系数分别为-0.9900(下)、-0.9895(中)、-0.9600(上);至烟叶成熟时,总氨基酸含量降至最低,烤后有所增加。随叶龄增长,烟叶中组成蛋白质的大多数氨基酸组分是降低的,尤以天冬氨酸和谷氨酸降幅最大,而色氨酸、胱氨酸变化很小。分析结果表明,烟叶中游离氨基酸总量随叶龄增长变化较为复杂,但总的变化趋势是:幼叶含量高,进入成熟期其含量明显下降。
The total amino acids and free amino acids contents in the developing leaf of fluecured tobacco were studied- It was founded that the contents of total amino acids weredecreased with the leaf age increasing. Correlation analysis showed that there wassignificant correlation between the leaf age and total amino acids contents- The totalamino acids contents were the lowest in the ripening stage and incresed after flue-curing. With the leaf age increasing, the most amino acids components decreased, thedropping range of aspartic and glutamic was the highest and that of cysteine and trypto-phan was very small. The contents of total free amino acids in tobacco leaves changedmore complexly. But there was a tendency towards higher free amino acids contents inthe young leaf and the contents decreased apparently during leaf ripening.
