摘要
随着飞机性能的提高和作战强度的增如,飞行员的工作负荷加大,要求空勤人员具备良好的身心素质和军事素质,要求空勤膳食营养适应飞机员工作的需要。本文从管理工效学的角度,分析了高空飞行因素对人的影响以及各种飞行条件对空勤人员膳食的基本要求,指出加强营养管理对增强飞行员的身体素质,提高飞行耐力具有十分重要意义,本文还分析了在空勤伙食管理中应注意的工效学问题。
The enhancement of aircraft characteristics and the increase of combat intensity cause greater burden on the pilots in operation. This requires good physical, mental and military quality on the part of the pi-lots. So aircrew food nourishment should also be suitable to the demand of pilots' physical quality improvement. From the angle of management ergonomics, this essay analyses the influence of high - altitude flight factors on human beings and the basic requirements for aircrew food nourishment of various flight conditions. It also points out the significance of nourishment management in the improvement of the physical quality and flight endurance of the pilots; besides, it examines some ergonomics problems in the aircrew food management.
