摘要
介绍了在高温情况下使灰口铁中的游离碳转变成化合碳即 Fe3 C的反应条件 ,满足了光谱分析铸铁的条件 ,使得光谱分析灰口铁成为可以在生产实际中应用的一种方便的测试方法 ,从而证明了光谱分析法不仅可分析白口化的铸铁 。
This article describes the free charcoal of grey cast iron turns to chemical combination charcoal (Fe 3C) that under high temperature so that condition of spectrove analysis can be satisfied. An analysis on spectrove be conventient measuring method in reality production. It has been proved not only the galvaniged cast iron can be analysed with spectrove, but also the grey cast iron can be analysed.
