摘要
分析了高效液相色谱法在中草药鞣质及多酚类成分研究中的应用，判断鞣质分子的大小，判断各组分纯度及 α、β －异构体；判断鞣质水解进行的程度及定性定量分析。方法简便、快速、准确、实用性强。
This paper stated comprenensively that the applications of HPLC on tannins and polyphenols in Chinese herbs. It includes four aspects: dertermining the moleculor size of tannins, identifing purity, determining α、β-isomer, examining the hydrolyzing degree of tannins and qualitative and qualitative analysis. The mothod is a simple, converierd, quick and precise.
