摘要
探讨了康宝浸汁对血、肝超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及心肌中过氧化脂质(LPO)的影响,并用康宝浸汁进行了小鼠游泳实验。结果表明:给药后的小鼠心肌组织LPO含量降低(P<0.05),全血及肝脏SOD活性增加(P<0.05),小鼠用药后游泳时间延长(P<0.05)。这表明康宝浸汁具有较好的抗衰老、抗疲劳作用。
Kangbao infusion is a mixed substance extracted from several trabional Chinese herbs. In this study, the effects of Kanbao infusion on superoxide dismutase (SOD) in mice blood, liver and lipid peroxides (LPO) in mice cardiac muscle, and the effect on mice swimming time were observed. The results showed that, The of LPO level in cardiac decrease and SOD activity in whole blood and liver increased obviously (P<0. 05), compared with those of the control. The swimming time of the mice given this drug was longer than that of the control (P<0. 05). It is indicated that Kangbao infusion has the obvious effect of antiageing and anti -fatigue.
