摘要
李广文认为，免疫性不孕症的病因之本在肾，房事不洁、外感邪毒则是本病发生的诱因，邪实是标，瘀则是其变。治宜补肾扶正祛邪为主，佐以活血化瘀之品。
Li Guangwen holds that the cause of immunity sterility lies in kidney. The predis-posing causes have excess of sexual intercourse and exogenous pathogenic factors. State of evil domination is the dial,and stasis is the change. This disease should be treated though invigorating the kidney to support the healthy energy and eliminate the evil factors, accompanied with the wedicine of promothing blood circulation to remove blood stasis.
