摘要
目的 探讨下肢静脉曲张的原因、诊断和有效的治疗方法。方法 作者对208例共256条下肢静脉曲张的临床资料进行回顾性分析。对252条下肢施行手术治疗,4条下肢未治疗。结果 随访6～24个月。207条下肢优良(80.85％),改善39条(15.23％),无改善10条(3.92％)。结论 下肢深静脉造影是明确下肢静脉曲张原因最可靠的方法。手术是最有效的治疗方法,但应根据不同的原因采取不同的术式。
Objective We discussed the diagnosis and best therapeutic methods for varicose of the leg. Methods The data of 256 legs of 208 cases were analyzed retrospectively. 252 cases was operated,4 cases were not treated. Results The follow-up time was 6 months to 24 months,207 legs suoer(80. 85%),39 legs betterment(15. 23%), 10 legs no-efficacy(3. 92%).Conclusion The cause of varicose leg in best diagnosis method was phlebography leg. The best therpeutic method was operation.
