摘要
目的 研究莪术油抑制小鼠HePA肝癌细胞增殖及其分子机制。方法 构建小鼠HePA肝癌模型,进行莪术油抑癌试验,并用免疫组化法检测不同组别间细胞增殖核抗原(RCNA)、视网膜母细胞瘤蛋白(RB蛋白)的表达,比较其变化,探讨莪术油抑制肝癌的分子机制。结果 莪术治疗组的瘤重、PCNA标记指数均低于生理盐水组、RB蛋白标记指数高于生理盐水组、且差异有非常显著性(P<0.01),而与5-FU组相比,3种指标的差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。结论 莪术油可能是通过上调RB蛋白的表达,抑制PCNA的阳性表达率,进而抑制肿瘤的生长。
Objective To study of the molecular mechanism of curcuma aramatica oil on inhibiting cell proliferation of hep-atoma in mice. Methods We duplicated the model of HepA liver carcinoma in mice. The expressions of PCNA and RB in the HepA liver carcinoma cells were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results There were statistically significance differences between the CAO and saline - treatment groups in tumor weights PCNA LI and RB LI ( P < 0.01); There were no difference among the CAO and 5 - FU groups in tumor weight, PCNA LI and RB LI.Conclusions The curcuma aramatica oil maybe improved the expression of RB protein, and furthermore, It inhibited expression of PCNA, As a result it inhibited the growth of hepatic carcinoma.
