摘要
对间隙为1.5mm的同心环形通道内流动换热的饱和沸腾进行了实验与理论研究。实验通过电加热内外不锈钢管道来控制改变热流密度,工质为去离子水。文中以加热当量直径作为研究窄缝环形通道的定性尺寸。实验结果表明,在间隙为1.5mm的同心垂直环形窄缝通道中的饱和沸腾,与常规尺寸圆管换热相比,起到了强化作用。通过对实验数据的总结,得出了中压、低流量情况下的沸腾换热系数的经验计算公式。
In this paper, the saturated boiling heat transfer in an annular gap (δ=1.5mm) has been experimentally and theoretically studied .The distilled water is heated by electricity. It is indicated that the satu- rated boiling heat transfer in vertical annular gap is stronger than that in circular tubes founded on the heated equivalent diameter. Based on experimental data, a new correlation is proposed for this special saturated boiling heat transfer in the special heated annular gap.
