摘要
目的探讨五羟色胺1A受体(5-HTR1A)基因-1018C/G启动子区多态性与偏头痛遗传易感性的关系。方法采用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态(PCR-RLFP)技术在124例偏头痛患者及110例健康对照中对该单核苷酸位点进行分析。结果病例组与对照组在此位点基因型均符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡定律;5-HTRIA基因-1018C/G位点等位基因和基因型频率在病例组与对照组间比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论5-HTR1A基因-1018C/G位点的多态性不是中国汉族偏头痛的主要遗传危险因素。
Objective To explore the relationship between promoter polymorphisms of 5-HTR1A gene-1018C/G with migraine genetic susceptibility.Methods Polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP)analysis was used to analyze this single nucleotide site in 124 migraineurs and 110 healthy controls.Results Genotype frequencies of this site were in Hardy-Weinberg equilibri-um in patients and controIs;No significant differences were seen in allele or genotype frequencies of 5-HTR1Agene-1018C/G in case group compared to control grou(pP>0.05).Conclusion-1018C/G in 5-HTR1A may not be the major genetic risk factor for migraine in Han Chinese cohort.
