摘要
城市宜居性是当前国际城市发展研究的一个热点,也是目前城市居民和政府密切关注的焦点之一。评价一个城市的宜居性,需要建立宜居城市评价指标体系。本文在结合经济、社会以及人文指标之余,提出了基于多元遥感信息的宜居城市评价指标体系设定的原则与方法,并明确其内涵,对其进行计量分析。同时对体系中的各个因子进行评判剖析,确定影响宜居环境形成和演化的显著因子,并分析计算出各项因子影响城市宜居环境质量的指标权重,建立城市宜居环境的综合评价模型,对重庆市的宜居环境进评价研究。
Livable environment is one of the hot topics within the realm of the international research in urban science,and it recently becomes the focus of global governments and city residents.When evaluating a livable city,we should make sure the evaluation indices system.The paper sets up the evaluative framework and method of a livable city focusing on remote sensing data.Then discusses how to gather and choose information with RS and GIS technique,confirm the definitions,quantify all the indices to make them meaningful and comparative.Moreover,the paper presents the comprehensive evaluation model aiming to assess the residential environment of Chongqing,and makes certain the powers of the factors used in the model.Thus,the paper sets up the comprehensive evaluation model,and does researches and evaluation on the residential environment.At last the paper puts forward the measures about how to improve human settlements,and give suggestions for the urban planning,reformation and development for a livable city.
