摘要
国华盘山发电有限责任公司的锅炉是超临界、直流、一次中间再热、平衡通风的固态排渣煤粉炉,配有32台涡壳式旋流燃烧器。针对这种锅炉如何通过燃烧调整控制环保指标(氮氧化物NOx)的关键点,进行燃烧调整试验,针对锅炉氧量、分级送风调整对炉内工况进行测量分析,并根据试验提出了燃烧调整方案。
Guohua Panshan Power Generation Company′s boiler is a supercritical,DC,intermediate re-heating,balanced-ventilation coal breeze boiler of solid slagging,which is equipped with 32 vortex burners.In view of the key point of how to control the environmental indicators(nitrogen oxides NOx) through the adjustment of the boiler combustion test,combustion adjustment test is carried out,and a measurement and an analysis towards the boiler′s oxygen amount and graded air supply are made.An adjustment programs is made in accordance with combustion test.
