摘要
高炉炉壳的传统结构设计方法计算精度相对较低,难以确定其不同生产状态下各部位的应力分布状态及规律。以设计完成的1 000~5 000 m3高炉为例,介绍了综合考虑各方面因素的影响,采用有限元分析软件建立较完整的有限元整体分析模型的过程,并采用一次加载的模式对其进行弹性分析,为炉壳的结构设计提供了科学依据。
The stress distribution of a furnace shell can't be determined based on the traditional design method,since the analytic precision is not enough.Based on the design experiences of blast furnaces(1 000~5 500 m^3),the method of how to set up a FE model is introduced,and elastic finite element analysis is performed,Based on which the design of a BF shell is more reasonable.
