摘要
可编程逻辑控制器PLC是一种特殊的逻辑控制计算机,具有编程简单、操作简便、可靠性高、通用性好、开放性强等优点,在工业控制等领域中的应用越来越广泛。PLC不但实现了开关量顺序控制、离散量的数据采集,还在开关量处理的基础上增加了模拟量处理功能,在过程控制、连锁控制等领域也发挥着十分重要的作用。文章介绍了兰州—银川天然气输气管道工程项目PLC控制系统的概况以及在该工程中的功能和作用,对PLC控制系统的结构及编程方式进行了说明。
PCL as a special kind of logic control computer is widely used in industrial control domain because of its simple programming,easy operation,high reliability,universality and openness.PLC not only realizes switch sequential control of switch quantity and discrete data acquisition,but also adds analog processing function on the basis of switch sequential control,so that it plays a very important role in process control and interlock control.This paper outlines the PLC control system of Lanzhou-Yinchuan Gas Transmission Pipeline Project and introduces the functions of the PLC control system in the project,illustrates its structure and programming way.
