镁合金光纤激光焊接工艺及接头组织分析 被引量:5

Analysis of Welding Procedure and Welded Joint's Microstructure of Fiber Laser Welding Mg Alloy

摘要 采用光纤激光焊接AMCa403镁合金。分析了焊接接头的微观组织、硬度变化及不同焊接工艺参数对焊缝成形的影响规律及机理。结果表明:光纤激光焊接AMCa403镁合金,能够得到无明显缺陷的焊接接头。试验中出现了热导焊和深熔焊两种焊接模式。在一定参数范围内热输入是影响焊接模式和焊缝形状的主要因素。焊缝区晶粒比母材细化,显微硬度明显提高。同一功率下,随焊接速度提高,焊缝晶粒减小,硬度增大。 The microstructure,mechanical properties,hardness,the regular and mechanism of various parameters on formation of weld bead of Mg alloy AMCa403 using a fiber laser welding were investigated.The results show that sound welds without major defects can be produced and mechanical properties of welding joints were good.Two welding modes of deep penetration welding,heat conduction welding were found,and heat input was found to be the main factor for welding mode and shape.The microstructure of weld metal is significantly finer than the base metal and the hardness of weld metal is higher.At the same power,with the increase of welding speed,the microstructure of fusion zone is much finer and the hardness is increased.
