摘要
采用PV-6D型颗粒测速仪对新型旋风分离器内近壁面颗粒浓度分布进行了实验研究。研究发现:颗粒浓度沿径向分为近壁面的高浓度区和中心的低浓度区,近壁面处颗粒不断聚集,沿筒壁呈螺旋带状向下运动;近壁面颗粒浓度随着入口气速和颗粒浓度的增加而增加,且沿同一螺旋带运动方向,颗粒浓度也逐渐增加;此外,颗粒在筒体截面上的分布规律与液膜分布相似,均存在浓度最大值点,但由于两者受力情况不同导致最大值点所在位置不同。实验还发现,在筒体顶板附近存在"顶灰环"现象,该现象随着入口颗粒浓度和升气管直径的增大而增大,随着入口角度的增大而减小。
The particle concentration distribution in the near-wall region of a new-type cyclone was experimentally studied.It's found that the radial solid concentration distribution is severe non-uniform and the particles agglomerate near the wall moving downwards with a spiral belt. On the cross-section plane,from the center to the wall,solid concentration increases.The relative solid concentration near the wall increases with the gas velocity and inlet solid concentration.Along the moving particle bands the solid concentration increases.Similar to the liquid film distribution, the solid concentration exhibits maximum along the cylinder wall circle.However,at the same condition,the maximum point of the solid concentration and the liquid film thickness is different for the different character.In addition,there exists'swilling dust ceiling'at the bottom of the roof cover.The'swilling dust ceiling'phenomena increases with inlet solid concentration and vent-pipe diameter and decreases with inlet angle.
