摘要
应用应力波传播理论,分析自由运动杆与固支杆共轴二次撞击过程,研究了二次撞击区分布规律,重点通过分析瞬态波传播,考虑界面反射、透射以及波的内撞击,讨论广义波阻抗比对二次撞击区规律的影响。二次撞击区理论结果表明:当广义波阻抗比不小于1时,发生二次撞击过程;二次撞击周期与杆长和波速有关。通过算例,分析了二次撞击过程的撞击力时间历程,并比较了瞬态波效应法的有效性。
The secondary impact phenomenon in longitudinal collision of free move and cantilever rods was investigated based on the transient stress wave propagation theory.Taking the wave reflection,transmission and interaction into account,the influence of generalized wave impedance ratio on the law of secondary impact zone was discussed emphatically.The theoretical results indicate that the secondary impact phenomenon takes place if the generalized wave impedance ratio is not less than 1;the duration of the secondary impact depends upon the rod length and the wave speed.A calculation example shows the history of impact force in the secondary impact and the effectiveness of the transient wave approach.
