两种牙本质封闭技术黏结树脂嵌体微渗漏研究 被引量:4

Comparison of microleakage in bonding composite resin inlays between IDS and DDS techniques

摘要 目的探讨即刻牙本质封闭(IDS)与延时牙本质封闭(DDS)技术对黏结树脂嵌体的微渗漏影响。方法选择2008年8—9月中国医科大学附属口腔医院口腔外科门诊新鲜拔除的无龋下颌第三磨牙16颗,随机分为IDS组和DDS组,每组8颗牙,制备MO(medioocclusal)嵌体洞型。IDS组即刻行牙本质封闭,两组常规制作嵌体,分别采用IDS技术与DDS技术黏结树脂嵌体。所有试件冷热水浴循环后,染料浸泡,体视显微镜下观察试件微渗漏情况。结果2组试件均发生微渗漏现象,但IDS组的微渗漏低于DDS组,二者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论从微渗漏方面评价,IDS技术明显优于DDS技术。 Objective To compare the influences of IDS and DDS techniques on the microleakage of bonding composite resin inlays. Methods Select 16 newly extracted mandibular third molars and divide them into 2 groups randomly. MO inlay cavity was made.Dentin sealing was carried out immediately after cavity making;composite resin inlays were fabri-cated and bonded with IDS or DDS techniques respectively. All the specimen were thermocycled. After dying, the micro-leakage was examined under stereomicroscope and the data was statistically analysed. Results Obvious microleakage could be seen in all the specimen but the depth of microlcakage in IDS group was much smaller than DDS group. Con-clusion IDS technique is superior to DDS technique from the microleakage aspect.
