摘要
自1999年中国正式启动"政府上网工程"以来,伴随着电子政务建设前进步伐而迅速发展起来的电子政务研究,为电子政务学的创生奠定了坚实的基础。基于电子政务研究的已有成果,目前可以梳理出电子政务概念论、电子政务基础论、电子政务信息资源论、电子政务管理论等10个电子政务学的基本论题。依据孕育、创生过程,可以从众多的相关学科中初步认定信息科学、计算机科学、网络科学、管理科学、政治科学、法律科学等学科门类是电子政务学的近邻学科。
Since the launch of 'Government Online Project' in 1999,the rapid development of e-government studies under the e-government construction has provided a solid foundation for the discipline of e-government.Based upon the previous e-government research achievements,ten basic themes including e-government conceptualism,theory of e-government foundation,theory of e-government information resources,theory of e-government management etc.can be arranged systematically.Besides,by sorting and filtering among relevant disciplines,and referring to the process of breeding and producing,subjects such as information technology,computer science,network technology,management science,political science,science of law and the like can be identified as neighboring disciplines of e-government.
