摘要
在维修现代化采煤设备过程中,以优质、高效、节能、节材、环保为准则,结合零件磨损、损伤的类型和技术要求,采用激光熔覆、电弧喷涂、电刷镀、堆焊、金属表面强化等表面工程技术进行结构件和传动元件再制造的研究,通过实践总结了其工艺原理和适用性,并提出相应的修复方案。
In the process of mining equipment maintenance modernization,high-quality,efficient,energy-saving,material saving,environmental protection as criterion,combining parts wear,damage types and technical requirements,using laser cladding,arc spraying,brush plating,surfacing,metal surface strengthening surface engineering technology studied structure and transmission components remanufacturing.Through practice summarized the process principle of applicability,and put forward the corresponding repair plan.
