摘要
本文根据青海省2000-2007年的R&D经费内部支出、科技人员投入、地方财政科技拨款和GDP数据,通过T型关联度分析了科技投入与经济增长的相关关系.结论表明:青海省R&D经费支出、科技人员投入和地方财政科技拨款与青海省国内生产总值均有正相关关系,但是科技投入对青海省经济增长的促进作用不是很明显.
This article carries on the T's Correlation degree to analysis the relevant relationship between the scientific and technological input and economic growth in Qinghai province,according to the R&D internal expenditure,the personnel input of scientists and technologists,local government science and technology appropriation and GDP of Qinghai province in 2000-2007.The conclusion is that: R&D internal expenditure,the personnel input of scientists and technologists and local government science and technology appropriation have a positive correlation with economic growth,but the Science and Technology Input have small significant role in promoting the economic growth.
