原子荧光光度法测定化探样品中元素As含量的测量不确定度的评定

摘要 本文结合实际检测工作,根据JJG694—1990(《测量不确定度评定与表示》)按照《原子荧光光度计法检定规程》要求对原子荧光光度计法测定化探样品中As元素测量结果的不确定度进行评定并得出结果。
