三水杨醛三乙基四胺合铈(III)金属配合物的合成及其与牛血清蛋白作用研究

摘要 本文利用水杨醛和三乙基四胺合成了三水杨醛三乙基四胺配体,将配体与Ce(NO3)3·6H2O反应合成了三水杨醛三乙基四胺合铈(III)金属配合物。使用熔点法、红外光谱法、荧光光谱法以及摩尔电导率法对合成的金属配合物结构进行了初步推测。用荧光光谱法对所合成的铈(III)金属配合物与牛血清蛋白的作用进行了研究,结果表明该金属配合物可与牛血清蛋白相互作用生成复合物,在0-2.6×10-5mol/L浓度范围内有两种淬灭方式:当浓度较小时(小于1.2×10-5mol/L)以静态淬灭为主,而当浓度大于1.2×10-5mol/L时则以动态淬灭为主。 The ligand has been synthesized by triethylenetetramine and salicylaldehyde and the new metal complex of Cerium(III)with trisalicylaldehyde triethylenetetramine has been synthesized through the interaction between the ligand and cerium nitrate hexahydrate. The new complex has been characterized by measuring the melting point,molar conductivity,IR and was Fluorescence spectra. The binding interaction between the metal complex and bovine serum albumin(BSA)was also studied by fluorescence spectra. And the result indicated that the fluorescence of BSA was quenched by the metal complex through two modes at the concentration range of 0-2.6×10-5mol/L. One mode is static quenching process at the concentration less than 1.2×10-5mol/L and the other is dynamic quenching process at the concentration more than 1.2 ×10-5mol/L.
