摘要
采煤机截割部行星齿轮在采煤机中具有重要的作用,文章介绍模态分析的基本原理,利用solidworks建立采煤机截割部行星齿轮实体模型,应用ANSYS对齿轮实体模型进行模态分析。结果显示,该齿轮能够满足采煤机截割部的应用。
planetary gear of cutting part in coal winning machine plays an important role,this paper introduces the basic principle of modal analysis,established planetary gear solid model by Pro/e and applied ANSYS to analysis the gear solid model and conduct modal analysis.The results show that the gear can satisfy meet the production application.
