摘要 In May 1993, the State Council promulgated ProvisionalRegulations Regarding the Issuing of Stocks and theAdministration of Stock Dealings. However, the Stock Act isstill in the process of drafting. This paper intends to discuss thefollowing three problems concerning the securities legislation.
