摘要
本文首先回顾了内燃机不同燃烧方式的各自特点,引出为了解决现有低温预混合燃烧负荷适应性问题而产生了一种新的反应可控压缩着火(RCCI)燃烧方式。RCCI燃烧需要2种不同燃料同时参与燃烧,因此需要2套燃油系统,它能够同时大幅度降低NOx与碳烟(soot)排放,而且扩展负荷运行区域,同时保持高的热效率。本文同时介绍了美国WISCONSIN大学发动机研究中心,所开展的RCCI研究工作及取得的成果,以及RCCI燃烧存在的问题,提出了RCCI燃烧进一步的研究重点方向。
Firstly this paper reviews the characteristics of different combustion methods in the internal combustion engine. In order to solve the bad adaptability to load in the existing low-temperature premixed combustion,the RCCI combustion appears. The RCCI combustion needs two kind of different fuels,therefore needs two types of fuel injection system corresponding. This combustion can largely reduce the emissions of NOxand soot,and simultaneously extend the load area and keep the high thermal efficiency. This paper also introduces the engine research center( ERC) of the University of Wisconsin,and their achievements and shortcomings about the RCCI combustion. Lastly the further research issues in the RCCI combustion are proposed.
