摘要
随着环保要求的日趋严格,大气污染已经引起国家和社会的高度重视,成为一个不容忽视的问题。现国家有关部门正在酝酿修订大气污染物综合排放标准,拟要求硫磺回收装置2015年SO2排放浓度达到世界先进水平(<400 mg/Nm3)、有条件的企业达到世界领先水平(<200 mg/Nm3),但国内已经投产的硫磺回收装置在设计时执行的是GB 16297—1996《中华人民共和国国家标准-大气污染物综合排放标准》中SO2排放浓度<960 mg/Nm3的标准。因此对老装置进行降了尾气净化单元、液硫池废气、流程密封性的改造以及创新开停工方法等,切实降低了SO2排放浓度。
With the increasingly stringent environmental protection requirements,air pollution has attracted the attention of the nation and the society and become a big problem that cannot be ignored.Relevant state departments are planning to revise the integrated emission standard of air pollutants to stipulate that SO2 emission concentration from sulfur recovery unit reaches the world advanced level(400mg/Nm3)in 2015 and some enterprises reaches the world leading level(200 mg/Nm3), but a SO2 emission concentration of lower than 960 mg/Nm3 stipulated in Integrated Emission Standard of Air Pollutants GB16297—1996 was followed in the design of sulfur recovery units that have already gone into production in China.Therefore,it is imperative to revamp the existing sulfur recovery units to reduce SO2 emission concentration.
