下肢深静脉血栓形成治疗的现状与困惑 被引量：6

摘要 下肢深静脉血栓形成(deep venous thrombosis,DVT)是临床上常见的周围血管疾病之一,是血液在下肢深静脉内不正常凝结引起的静脉血流障碍性疾病。它可能发生血栓脱落导致肺动脉栓塞(pulmonary embolism,PE),引起静脉血栓栓塞症(venous thromboembolism,VTE)严重的危及生命。如果血栓未发生脱落,没有及时治疗,DVT患者可产生血栓后综合征(post-thrombotic syndrome,
