摘要
目的探讨乳腺癌患者经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)置管后静脉血栓形成的预防及护理。方法选择2009年9月至2011年8月在我院行PICC的乳腺癌患者312例,对发生静脉血栓形成的原因进行分析及采取相应的预防及护理措施。结果 312例患者中有1例患者发生有临床症状静脉血栓形成,发生率为0.32%。结论减少对血管内膜的摩擦,预防机械损伤;正确的导管维护;预防性使用抗凝剂是乳腺癌患者PICC置管后静脉血栓形成预防及护理的重要措施。
Objective To explore prevention and nursing of venous thrombosis after peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC) for patients with breast cancer. Methods 312 cases with breast cancer who underwent PICC in our hospital between September 2009 and August 2011 were selected. We analyzed the cause of venous thrombosis and carried out corresponding nursing and preventive measurements. Results Symptomatic venous thrombosis occurred in 1 case among 312 cases (0.32%). Conclusion Reduction friction of tunica intima and mechanical injury, correct catheter maintenance and preventive use of anticoagulant are important to prevent and nurse of venous thrombosis after PICC for patient with breast cancer.
