本文探讨农村概念入手,较详细地阐述了农村发展的内涵和战后世界农村发展的演变过程。
After the World War II, rural development has been speeding up in the world. The main aim of rural development is to improve the living quality of ruralinhabi- tants, it includes economical development, social progress and improvement of envi- ronmental quality. There are great differences in rural development between devel- oped and developing countries.
