摘要
本文从数据库的发展，ＣＤ－ＲＯＭ版电子出版物以及制作电子出版物的机构等方面分析了我国电子出版物的现状，并在此基础上讨论了我国电子出版物发展中存在的几个主要问题；
This paper analyses the present situation of China's development of electronic publishing industry in respect of databases, CD ROM titles, companies for producing electronic publications and publishing houses. The author discusses the existing problems in the electronic publising industry. At last, the author puts forward some practical and feasible proposals for the development of electronic publishing industry in China.
